SENATE BILL NO. 211 BY SENATOR MCGUIRE, entitled:                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
          "An Act allowing a person who retires as a peace                                                                      
          officer or firefighter under the defined benefit plan of                                                              
          the public employees' retirement system to receive                                                                    
          credited service in the plan for up to five years of past
